Tactile stainless steel stud
TAC stud 25 mm to fixRéf. : AME0024
TAC studs are used to create tactile surfaces to warn visually impaired or blind people of the presence of a danger or obstacle (stairs, sidewalks, lights...). Their ribbed surfacing allows them to be non-slip and are easily identifiable by the users' walking stick or feet.
They represent an alternative to truncated domes.
The stud is made of passivated A2-304 stainless steel for maximum corrosion protection. Very resistant. Ideal for seaside and coastal areas.
TAC studs are tactile studs to be sealed and can be installed without a screw anchor on all substrates (except glass and surfacing). Excellent integration, both indoors and outdoors.
The studs are arranged in staggered rows. For installation, it is recommended to use a drilling template, which reduces the installation time. The use of MSP-108 glue is recommended for excellent fixing. Refer to the installation instructions.
