Thermoplastic Line Striper

A portable thermoplastic manual line tracer, ideal for contractors who already have pre-melting boiler systems.
The 91 kg cyclindrical tank is easy to fill and heats the thermoplastic material to a precise temperature, while its tool-free replacement design allows for quick colour changes.
Perfectly adapted to:
- roads: arrows, pedestrian crossings, crossings
- bicycle paths: symbols, lines
- crossings: pedestrian crossings, curbs, guide lines for access roads

91 kg (200 lb) boiler - The easy-to-fill cylindrical boiler heats thermoplastic material to a precise temperature, while its tool-free replacement design allows you to quickly change colours
18 kg (40 lb) Bead Hopper - Fits perfectly with the boiler due to higher product flow
Direct heating system - Direct flames and integrated manual flare produce maximum heat, which optimizes product flow
Tri-Wheel wheel system - Solid dual wheels at the front and rear for clean and quiet operation
Adjustable operator handle - The handle adjusts easily to different heights
Adjustable front pointer - Easily adjusts to matrices of all sizes, allowing you to follow all marks and create straight lines
Bead Dispensing System - The 20.3 cm (8.5 in.) or 37.8 cm (12.5 in.) dispensing system and the 2.5 cm (1 in.) increments allow you to achieve the desired microbead flow rate.

This high-performance device is used for marking roads, car parks, airports and urban works (STOP strips, pedestrian crossings, etc.).
The 136 kg (300 lb) system's product boiler allows for more tracing and less time wasted with filling, while the EasyGlide wheel mounting system helps make this unit as safe and easy to operate as the LineLazer.
